The dealer is offering additional options. Can I finance them?

Yes. Optional products may be financed but some are not permitted by Chase. You can finance eligible additional options, which may include credit life and accident & health, pre-paid maintenance, extended warranty and tire wheel. Aftermarket products vary by dealer, so contact your dealer to see which products are eligible for financing with Chase.

What information do I need to complete the Chase auto refinance loan application online?

To complete your auto refinance loan application, you’ll need to tell us:

  • Personal information (including name, Social Security number, date of birth, address, phone and email address)
  • Employment information and annual income
  • Loan amount you wish to refinance
  • Length or term of the loan you are requesting
  • Vehicle information (including year, make, model and current mileage)

We may ask for additional information after you submit your loan application.
